100 Must Readsis it ok for me,age 13 to be eating those gerber foods?
Baby food has plenty of calories.
It won't hurt you to eat it, but the better question is why would you. Eat regular food like a big person. You're not a baby, are you? What a waste of money.no its fine i ate baby food until my brother got old enough to eat regular food and my mom stopped buying it! lol i'm sure it's fine ha ha it does taste good!!you can use them as a snack but don't make them a meal.
they are pretty good though.I would ask my parents to buy me some when I was around your age but I wouldn't eat it all the time. Just like once in a while. I really don't see a problem with eating one every now and then.I remember an article in Men's Health where Gregg Avedon, professional fitness model and Men's Health cover model many times over, actually recommended eating baby food because it is very natural/organic. He's in amazing shape so I would trust what he says.
