Is jogging half a mile a day a good start?
sounds great :)yeah i've been wanting to know the same thing, it depends on what you want. running/jogging makes you gain muscle and make your legs toned, it wont make them slimmer but if you walk you will definetely see a result :)you may be eating to little calories which is why your body is storing all of the food you are eating. i know it sounds dumb but that's the way it works. go to sparkpoeple.com this is the easiest one i have found to use and enter all your totals.I work out about 6-7 days a week for 45 mins on the treadmill running/jogging/speed walking. They say it's good to switch it up because it fluctuates your heart. Also I do around 60 situps, 50 side crunches, 200 regular crunches, 50 on my back legs lifts, 25 side leg lifts. And it's important to stretch REALLY well before and after working out. I've lost around 10 pounds or so in a month and a half or less. I eat a really strict diet though.
