Does Earth's best rice cereal have gluten in it?
My advice is to stop feeding her the cereal and see if she gets better.If she does get better it is definitely the cereal.If it doesn't say gluten free then it may have wheat in it.In my view, whether or not the rice cereal is gluten free is less relevant than the effects it's having on your child. Your body (and your baby's body) know what's good for it. Listen to it.If the company says no, and your daughter is having a hard time with it, then I think you need to stop giving it to her. There may be a production or transport issue that has not been addressed or discovered yet. So the best advice is that if you are seeing a reaction, then just keep her off of it. No sense in going where you don't need to!
I am a celiac, and when it was time to give my son first cereals I just over boiled Lundberg brown rice until it was very soft, then whirled it in a mini food processor. I put off exposing him to gluten until he could let me know if it bothered him or not. Lundberg has entire lines of gf foods. Go here:

If THAT bothers her, then you may want to try switching to something like sweet potato for her carbs.
