ZZ Top - Just Got Back From Baby's

Just Got Back From Baby's by ZZ Top from their first album Lyrics: Now I just got back from baby's, we been rollin' all night long. I said I just got back from baby's, we been rollin' all night long. She comeon likes and loves me, but I feel like somethin' wrong. Now, sometimes I go see baby, and sometimes she come see me. I said, sometimes I go see baby, and sometimes baby come see me. I got a funny, funny feelin' I'm not the only man she sees. Now, I just got back from baby's, big white house on the hill. I said, I just got back from baby's, big white house on the hill. If her lovin' don't get me, I know her husband will.

What can I use to stop the itch of my baby's eczema?
I had it and was tested for these....yeah lots of work but it paid off...
pollen
mold
dust
animal dander
dry winter air with little moisture
allowing the skin to become too dry
certain harsh soaps and detergents
certain fabrics (such as wool or coarsely woven materials)
certain skin care products, perfumes, and colognes (particularly those that contain alcohol)
tobacco smoke
some foods (which depends on the person, but dairy products and acidic foods like tomatoes seem to be common culprits)
emotional stress
excessive heat
sweatingUse Aveeno. I swear by this stuff. Me and my son use it liberally during the winter season. They do make an Aveeno lotion for babies to. I use the Skin Relief Moisturizing Lotion and the cream kind to as well as the anti-itch night cream. My skin gets pretty bad in the winter (cracked, bleeding, and itchy all over). It says it is good to use for eczema to.i used to have it. here is trick that helped me.

take some vasiline, and put it in your hand.
then get a bit of baby powder and mix it in well. apply to the affected area.

this should help. if not you should see a dermatologist.I have been using this Baby Eczema creme that I found at Target. It feels good when I first put it on, kind of reminds me of petroleum jelly. I posted a question the other day for Eczema solutions, natural solutions as well as OTC Eucerine cream and cortisone have been suggested. I've used cortisone and I don't feel like it works for me (over the counter and clinical strength). In my case I know it feels better when it is dry. When I sweat my eczema problem area becomes inflamed (red, bumpy, raised, itchy, ugly). So applying heavy creme does alleviate some of the irritation but to be effective I feel it needs to be applied around the clock.Quit using any laundry detergent with fragrance or optical whiteners. The latter are especially hard to avoid. But in some people they irritate the skin to no end. Often, if you have tried "everything" and nothing works, this is something to seriously consider, since after all, except for when youre in the bath, you are in material that has been washed....

Seventh generation makes a detergent that is fragrance free and free of optical whiteners. So does Ecos. Google them and see whatcha think. Me, my sister, and a lot of my customers* have been helped by giving it a shot.

The other thing I suggest is Shikai Borage Lotion, they make a pediatric formula just for children and babies. You can find that on google too...I have a daughter who is 11 years old, she has suffered w/severe eczema since she was 1 month old, I can feel your pain. First and foremost take your child to see an Allergy Specialist, sometimes they are Allergy and Asthma Specialists together, and that's okay, it's even better, since a lot of children who suffer from eczema can develop asthma also. The best thing we have found has been Protopic ointment. My daughter started using it before the FDA approved it, it is applied twice a day, and it only takes a little, it clears up the eczema to where you can't even tell she has it. However, it can not be used on the face, the best thing to use is Aquaphor ointment. Also, cold compresses help suppress the itching, and if you haven't already, get some Cetephil skin cleansing lotion. This can be used with or without water, it is great for severe eczema sufferers. If my daughter is ever out of her Protopic she is dependent on oral steroids and antibiotics. Also, use cotton gloves(if you can find them that small), or socks on your child's hands. I thought my daughter was going to grow up not knowing whether socks went on her hands or feet. She learned to scratch at 3 months old, so we had to do something, and covering them will give the ointment time to absorb. Get your child to that specialist, because eczema can and is a very systemic problem, meaning things they're allergic to, ie. food, and airborne things, is a huge factor in the causes and control of eczema. Good Luck and God Bless! Aimee
