What exercises should I do, what food should I eat and what gym equipment is useful for me?
Walking is great, your going to want to add to that. Just because you walk between classes, etc, you will still need to add some exercise in. Try blocking out some time to do that, and after you've done at least 30 minutes of cardio, go home and add in crunches (at least 5 minutes worth), lunges, squats, arms (pushups). Add these things in every other day and try to work up to 1 hour of cardio. Cardio is a great for overall weightloss. Try to eat as healthy as you can, which is hard on the go. Try cutting up your fav veggies in a sandwich size bag in the morning or the night before and carry them with you throughout the day. Take and apple or orange or something you can tote around to eat when or if sugar cravings hit. These simple things will help, your not that overweight anyway.PILATES!!!!! about 3 or 4 times a week...they tone your whole body, and you may feel silly doing them but i promise it works....i also had to deal with the freshmen 15 two years ago and doing pilates was the best thing ive ever done as a work out...and stick to small portioned meals...and yes give into your cravings at least once or twice a month, they wont do damage...especially if you keep up with pilates....and try not to eat after 8pm and dont drink soft drinks they are very acidic and arent only fattening but they tear up you stomach liningYes at sparkepeople.com just make your profile and put your target weight and sparkpeople does the rest for you. Keep yourself occupied with other things away from those sweets, eat a good breakfast and eat a healthy snack in between meals. Low fat yogurts, low fat string cheese, fruits and veggies make great healthy snacks. You must eat healthy it is key in loosing weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.


I found motivation in myself because I seen the pig that I had become. I didn't even have any energy and felt like going to sleep too much. One day I just got up and began to workout then that same day I made my self my workout plan and printed it out. I said I will not stop, I have gone this far so I just can't stop. Even though I had a few obstacles now and then I still continued to workout. My life completely changed for the better. My doctor said I am healthier than him. I went from a size 9 pants to a size 5. I wasn't trying to loose pants sizes but am glad. I got a nice toned, healthy body with some sexy abs that I had always dreamed of.
