Have I eaten OK so far today? Want to lose 5 pounds in the next 2 weeks.?
Yes. I haven't eaten or drank anything not even water. When I do I will pig out :(You haven't had a single fruit or vegetable all day, but otherwise yeah.why lose weight? you,ve got to know you,re not fat. oh,well. if you eat a reasonable dinner, you,ll be o.k. don,t forget to drink lots of waterthat's a perfectly healthy weight why are you to lose more?

but to answer your question the less you eat the more weight you will gain because your body thinks you're starving yourself and stores fat. try doing some cardio like a 15 or 20 minute jog every day.No.
You need to eat more.
You are quite thin as it is, but only eating a little will only make you fatter before it makes you skinnier. If you really want to lose the weight, the best way to do it is to figure out how many calories you should be eating (given your height, weight, age, activity level, etc.) as well as how many calories you should be burning. There a lot of websites that can help you do that, but here is one that will only take about a minute: http://www.phord.com/cc/.

With that said, it sounds to me like you're not eating enough. I know, it sounds counterintuitive, but when you create too large of a calorie deficit your body goes into "starvation mode" and begins to burn fewer calories and store as many of them as it can as fat. You're also more prone to binging when you do this, because your blood sugar levels become low and you begin to crave glucose as a way to fix that. So, my advice is to eat a little bit more than you are, drink a lot of water, and try to get in an hour or more of cardio/ light resistance exercise each day for the next two weeks. You'll feel better than you would if you just starved yourself and you'll get way better results. Good luck to you.

P.S. As a side note, losing 2.5 pounds per week is a pretty ambitius goal and it shouldn't be something that you continue to aim for week after week. You can probably do it for the first few weeks that you're exercising because a lot of the weight lost will be excess water weight, which is easier to lose than body fat. After that, a pound or so per week is a healthy goal. I know that it might be kind of disappointing to hear that you'll be losing mostly water weight for the next few weeks, but trust me, it'll make a big difference in how you look and feel. Strangely, the first step in losing water weight is to drink a lot more water because it flushes out the excess sodium from your body, which stores water and makes you look and feel bloated. Making yourself sweat speads up the process, which is why exercising is so crucial to losing water weight. When your pee is clear and your sweat isn't salty (gross, right?), its fair to assume that all that extra sodium is out and you should be looking much less bloated. Then its just a matter of keeping at it and burning off that body fat.All that is about 250-300 calories, and with dinner maybe it would go to 700-800, which is DEFINITELY not enough. Aim for 1200 as your low, and dont be lazy-exercise to burn calories. Anyways, you're already thin.
