Munchkin

When Munchkin Dice went out of print, some really great cards became unavailable. Now they're back as a new booster pack: Munchkin Reloaded!

All your favorite cards have returned: the Race modifiers Dark and High, the class modifier Master, and of course the Reloaded Die (and we threw in an extra one, too!). This set also features the classic card Rocks Fall, Everyone Dies, from the virtual pages of Randy Milholland's hit webcomic Something*Positive.

And of course, all the art is now in full color!

This is an expansion for Munchkin, not a stand-alone set. Munchkin Reloaded! is not collectible or randomized; every pack is the same as every other.

I Ate Fast-Food While Being On A Diet!!!! Help!?
Too late. It's irreversible. You will always have that weight you gained those two days. You can however prevent gaining more.Just make sure you're very critical the nest feel days.. be extra healthier. and do 15 more min of cardio.Do a colon cleanse. Or eat leeks for a couple of days. It will "reset" your cravings to be more natural. It was perfectly fine to eat that! You should have a little treat once in a while! you kind of sound like your starving yourself. But if you cant eat to much calories. eat coniferous plants. like celery and lettuce! it has no calories.
and skipping is VERYYYYYY helpful!

goodluckIf fat was to just pop up on your body after eating fast food then i'm sure nobody would be eating it at all. just continue your daily excercise and usual diet and try not to make the same mistake too much and you will be fine.its ok continue your diet just try not to have that many unexpected mealsJust learn from your mistakes and don't do it again. Try fasting the day after you feel you cheated. This way your not killing yourself and not taking in any more calories. Just discipline yourself better, you didn't have to eat Burger King, you chose to because you wanted to, just force yourself not to. Make a sandwhich instead or eat a piece of fruit.1.Change your diet. I don't know what kinds of foods you eat. Eat lots of fruits and vegetable and try to stay away from fast food and high fructose corn syrup especially.
2.Get Dance Dance Revolution. Sounds pretty ridiculous but trust me it works. I lost over 12 pounds on this. It has a Work Out Mode on it that you enter your weight and you choose a program with a serious of songs at different levels. at the end it shows how many miles you "danced" and how many calories your burned, etc.
3.Do Tummy Cruntches, water aerobics, bicicyle, jog in place, maybe (if you have satilite) tune into Fit TV. Some amazing programs that really work well!!!

Now the calories you consumed the last 2 days are already in your body now, and you cant do anything about taking them out or something. YOu must now have motivation and work hard. 3,500 calories = 1 pound of body fat.1. DO NOT HAMMER YOURSELF ABOUT EATING LIKE THAT
it's only a couple of days that you've done it, and while you may not be able to burn those calories that you've eaten, you can prevent eating extra calories by eating right and exercising for the rest of the week.Any decent healthy eating plan does not forbid any particular food.
Just as long as you only eat "junk food" occasionally, ideally in a small portion size, it's okay to have an occasional indulgence.
Aim for the majority of your food choices to be healthy one's & you'll have little to worry about.
Have a look at the food pyramid for inspiration, on how to eat healthily http://www.mypyramid.gov/pyramid/index.html

If you persist in thinking that certain foods are bad or good & associate guilt with eating, your diet is doomed to fail.
A " diet" is only a short term solution.
Aim for a healthy balanced lifestyle & you'll will create permanent weight-loss (that's if you genuinely have a weight problem), as well as keep your body fit and healthy

You are at the age, when your body is starting to mature & grow curves. This does not mean you are becoming "fat", it just means you are starting to become a woman.

Enjoy your youth while you still can & focus on having fun with your friends, not on being "skinny". That positive attitude will help make your teen years alot more enjoyable.
