Super Sign Up SystemHow do I force myself to wake up at 5am?
buy a better, louder alarm clock. it is really irratating but at least it will wake you up on time.Set multiple alarms. Set one next to your bed, one across the room, and one even farther away. If you have to get out of bed to turn it off, chances are better that you'll stay out of bed. Also, you could get an automated machine to dump water on your face at 4:59. That gives you one minute to realize what just happened before you start your day.Set the alarm clock for 5 AM and put it outside of your room near a coffee maker. The next step is self explanatory.First go to bed earlier
Second when the alarm clock rings (set at about 4:55 ) do either one or both of these things 1) have a music player ready next to your bed and play some music to wake you up and just get up and don't think about anything (just get-up without thinking about it)
hope this helpsMultiple alarms will do the trick.. But you don't need different alarm clocks in different locations (unless it's really that bad) but set your alarm for 4:35, 4:45, 4:50, 5:00, 5:10, 5:15... It's important to set it past 5 a little just incase :) I use this technique with my iPhone 4.... http://onlineclock.net

Set it up on a computer located far enough away from your bed that it'll force you to get up to turn off the alarm.

To make the alarm extra hideous, consider setting the same alarm time on three different tabs in your web browser.
