The best way to avoid food allergy emergencies is through awareness.
Allerbling is a visual educational tool and a conversation piece that has the potential to save children's lives by raising awareness of a child's food allergies.

These bright, stretchy bracelets are a great way to alert others about your child's food allergies. To insert charms, simply stretch the wristband a little with one hand, and elongate a hole. Then squeeze the charm backing and insert it partially into the hole and pull the backing through the other side - a bit like threading a needle. Do not use a sharp object to elongate the hole. Continue until you have installed all of the charms your child needs.

Toddler experiences a heat rash type rash with mild fever that last for a few days that is appearing to be?
Some children experience what is called hives,a rash with low grade fever they will grow out of it.But it could also be an allergenic reaction. My daughter did the same thing it was plastics,of any kind.If there is some food or other thing he comes in contact daily try removing that and see if you get any improvement. But no it shouldn't effect beyond preschool years.Your dr probally thinks he will outgrow it and likely will,my daughter can handle any plastics now except pampers diapers for some reason still will break her out at 38.
