It's simple. All Billy Raynor wants to do is shoot. After all, he is one of the best shooters in the league. But with his dad as his coach, and his parents newly separated, somehow everything's become complicated. His brother Ben hardly talks anymore. His mom is always traveling on business. And his dad is always on his case about not being a team player. www.iwantsixpackabs.complay two more sports dont eat that after school snack and ask your gym teacher about certain exersise methods acorrding to your situation.well I'm certainly not a guy but i can try to help. Cut back on Soda's, french fries (i understand that a lot of schools seem to have this, especially mine), and any other bad foods that does no good to your body or health: (candy, greasy foods, etc etc etc) : if you multiply your weight times 10, that can be your calorie intake (what i do sometimes). for example 140 (your weight) x10= 1400 (calories intake). Do crunches, work with some weights, possibly run around a track, anything cardiovascular or that can get your heart pumping. (BUT DONT OVERWORK YOURSELF, work on your legs one wk, your stomach and core muscles the next wk, etc, let the areas of your body that you are working on rejuvinate.) Have good self esteem as you workout, don't say, i cant do this, because that really won't help, and wishing sure won't help either....set your goal(s) and DO IT. everlasting_hope_n_luv@hotmail.comTry eating healthier meals. I'm about 5'2" also and weigh 102. What I usually do is eat a small breakfast like a little bit of cereal in the morning with skim milk. I chew a lot and slowly that way the meal is more filling and digested faster. I think it's best to eat a little in the morning since you don't have lot's of temptation at school except for lunch. For lunch at school try eating healthier meals like chef salads if they offer them, regular milk (not chocolate or strawberry because it has 70 more calories), and once again chew a lot and slowly to determine when you are actually full or not. When you get home from school just eat a regular snack and in the evening like at 7 try eating another cereal or fruit. You may have trouble at first since their is lots of temptation everywhere but just make sure that if you do fail by eating an unhealthy meal to always get back on the wagon.exercising is the answer if you want to be fit
at your age you shouldn't lift weights, even though it actually doesn't stunt your groth, its jus bad for you

bodyweight exercises make you lose fat, gain strength, and tone the body

try the hindu push up(search it up)
chin ups and pull ups(if you can, but if you can't try negatives search it up) these exercises are great for the body

also do alot of running or walking to burn fat, and do crunches to strength the core

and soon you'll get a fantastic body
