What vitamins are completely allergy-safe? Is there a prescription one?
I strongly suggest you may not be allergic to the foods you believe you are and you may have some other things going on that are causing you to have these reactions. First of all, to be allergic to something it has to have protein in it. If there is no protein in the substance, you cannot develop an allergic reaction to it. If the substance does not have protein in it, you can develop a food sensitivity to that.

Many nutrients that enter the body do not get digested due to "co-factors" that are necessary to allow the body to digest foods. When a "co-factor" is not present, the food can become a toxin to the body. Calcium, for instance is one of the easiest to give an example of this. Doctors give patients calcium pills to keep them from becoming deficient in calcium, but what happens in many cases, is the patient takes the pills and then ends up with cataracts, bone spurs, kidney stones, etc. and instead of helping the person, they cause more problems and the calcium deficiency does not go away. This is very common and doctors should stick to treating symptoms and leave the nutritional issues to people that understand nutrition and how the body works.

One co-factor in calcium is the acidity of the stomach. If the stomach acidity never reaches 1.5 to 3.0 pH, the chyme (food mulch in the stomach) that moves into the jejunum (top of the small intestines just below the stomach) where calcium, magnesium, and zinc are absorbed into the body, the calcium is not absorbed due to the higher pH problem. So giving someone calcium won't solve the problem until the co-factor of the pH issue is resolved. The calcium then becomes toxic and the typical calcium prescribed by doctors is the cheap, dead, calcium carbonate that ends up as toxic waste in the body.

All of your organs need certain minerals and if you don't get those, they will enlarge to compensate for this deficiency. It also means that they won't work correctly and the foods you eat will not get processed well and you will have a hard time nourishing your body.

I strongly suggest you not listen to doctors when it comes to nutrition because they are not trained in this subject and most will admit this is the case. For them to tell you to eat a balanced diet and take a multivitamin pill is ridiculous and this is their typical answer.

I suggest you see a Certified Nutritional Therapist that can test you for specific nutritional deficiencies, weak organs, and get to the "root cause" of your issues so you can get on a road to health, not a bunch of drugs and surgery that will only contribute to shortening your life.

It's not reasonable that you are allergic to the foods you say you are. It truly sounds like something else is going on that is causing the problems. If you define carefully what happens when you get an allergic reaction, and test each one of the foods with a simple cocas pulse test, for instance, you may find that you have been told things that are simply not true.

Most likely, you have a "biofield chaos" that is causing much of your problem. I would make sure the CNT (Certified Nutritional Therapist) understands and can perform QRA testing on you. That will tell you specifically where the root cause lies.

good luck to youA lack of methylcobalamin, one of two active forms of b12 can cause stomach inflammation, an extreme sensitivity and reaction to all sorts of foods, IBS, vomiting, anorexia (physically based, not intentional) and so forth. If you look on the labels of most vitamins they will specify what possible allergens they include and all their ingredients. Most vitamin pills contain no plants at all. You need to get some help from a clinical nutritionist or something of the sort. If it is an active b12 deficiency you have it takes a good brand of methylb12, b-complex and a variety of cofactors to heal the damage. The good news is that if it is a lack of active b12 results can be very quick.
