when making herbal incense should i use 1 ounce of damian to a gram of jwh-250 or 2 ounce of damian?
What does this stuff do , anyway ? ...That's super weak... I use 2 grams to 1 ounce to sell and I use 3 grams to 1 ounce for my personal. 250 is different than 018 as far as dosage goes. I also suggest using mullein instead of damiana. It's around the same price, but much better on the lungs. And instead of using acetone as your solvent, use Everclear to ensure the chem dissolves completely.
JWH 018 and all analogs were banned by the FDA. 018 is a naphthoyl, but JWH 250 is a phenylacetyl - completely different base and still legal! There are still different grades of it. There is: scientific grade which is 100% pure chem and that runs about $ 800 a gram....next is medical grade at like 99.999% purity, then food grade 99.998-98.5% and below that is industrial grade, which I wouldn't even touch....the lower the grade the more toxins in it....more damage, quicker tolerance buildup. It enters the blood stream then jumps the blood brain barrier though the carbon chain, then the chemical spins around your brain and when it runs across the cb1 or cb2 cannabinoid receptors in the brain... and cns, the chem attaches itself to those receptors. cb1 is sativa cb2 indica. 250 binds to cb1 at 11 nanomoles (nM) and 33 at cb2...so 250 is more sativa like, 018 binds better to cb2 which controls heart rate and pain. That's why all these kids smoke 018 and think they are gonna die, because it's binding at cb2 and increases the heartrate etc. 250 doesn't do that, it has an 'affinity' for cb1...it prefers it. Better buzz I think, but that's my preference. The first incense I ever tried had 018.
Then it sucks the life out of the receptors, and ya know those little extension that make analogs? Those extra molecules are toxic to the receptor, so once the extension works it's way to the receptor, it kills it and sets the chem free and you pee it out. Now those receptors regrow when you sleep, buuuuuut if you get stepped on chem from china, its not as clean so it destroys the receptor and it takes longer to rebuild: that causes you to build up a TOLERANCE....because the same amount of chem can't find enough healthy receptors. but if you wait a couple days/weeks they will come back to you. Now EACH JWH has different bindings and affinities, some like cb1 and some like cb2....they are ALL different....and like 018? the dosage is waaaaay different than 250....you can eyeball 250 and you'll be fine because it doesn't like cb2, but if you get too much 018 (it likes cb2) you're in for a white knuckler til it releases the receptors, but you cannot die....you just FEEL like it. So it makes sense that 018 was banned and 250 remains legal. Always know what you are smoking - otherwise you run the risk of being a talking monkey for life!
