This is an orphaned baby bat. It was born with a hole in its wing. since it can not fly yet, it can not hunt for it's self. The hole will heal in time if you can keep it alive until it does. They can drink Isomil soy formula for babies with sensitive stomachs

formula allergy? ?
Yes it's possible. My son was horribly allergic to any type dairy or soy formula. We ended up having to give him a meat based formula.My son did best on Isomil, didn't do well on other formulas. It probably is a sensitivity or allergy to what is in the formulas. Babies have very delicate digestive tracts, obviously not developed yet, and can be very sensitive to their formula. If she isn't keeping anything down and is losing weight, I would definitely have a specialist look at her, like a pediatric GI or allergist. Good luck
