Enfamil Cross Cut nipples are ready-to-use, come individually wrapped, and vented to allow air flow while the baby is sucking. How do I lose pregnatcy weight?
Eat 6 small but balanced meals per day. Your carbs should be high in fiber and your proteins should be lean. Fats should be sparing but concentrated in the omega 3's and omega 6's. Avoid greasy foods, alcohol, and candy.

Exercise regularly if you can. Continue to breast feed because the baby will literally suck the calories out of you.

Only after you have healed, drink lots of water don't drink over 3/4 gallon a day .Since you are breastfeeding, be sure to avoid the "fast fad diets". Your young one will need nutrition from you and you need to be sure that your diet is varied. I lost my pregnancy weight while breastfeeding by making simple changes to my diet. I switched to organic milk, which tasted better so I could tolerate skim milk rather than 2%. I started to try viniagrette dressings as opposed to always having ranch. I cut out cheese and mayonnaise on sandwiches and loaded up on veggies instead. I also started to cut out so much red meat from my diet by eating at least 2 fish or vegetarian meals a week. All of these little changes combined with hauling a baby carrier around, going for walks, swimming, yoga, and carrying a baby on my hip really helped. Start slow and small, and build up your routine as you heal from giving birth.
