This sounds great, but I think it'd be better if you double up, so a certain part oif your body will only be worked out once a week.
Example..
Mon shoulders/chest
Tue tri/bi/back
Wed legs/stomach
Thur chest/shoulders
Fri back/legs
Sat stomach/tri/bi
and run everyday.If you are going to run the same day as you weight train, run in the morning and weigh train in the afternoon/evening. If you don't separate the workouts you'll burn out and be drained the rest of the day. Not to mention, cardio in the morning jumpstarts the metabolism and resistance training in the late afternoon/evening is when your muscles are strongest.
Other than that, it looks good. You may even want to double up the muscles into just three days so they get a chances to rest every other day. Just make sure your getting enough to eat. That's a rigorous schedule.That aint enough, you should work all muscles in one day, but at least start off with using light weights, but you must do at least 100 reps a day to start off with and running you should at the very least jog 13.1 miles (half marathon) a day everyday but once your comfortable with jogging the distance without any signs of struggling than go for marathon then ultramarathon distances and then from ultramarathon distance, 3100 miles you just do it everyday and do yoga and from there you just increase your leg speed but never increase the distance of 3100 miles unless the longest certified foot race has increased but since it hasn't stick to it and just increase your jogging speed but in strength training, I you should just do it four times a week (no more).
