it's not the worst.. but yea kinda bad.Yeah, that's pretty bad.

Try to ease up on the

sweets. It's not healthy.

Too much of a good thing

can be bad! Remember that! It is not bad =). The normal sugar packets for coffee are extremely small and the six sweets will not harm you in any long lasting way. The baguette with the butter in the morning was fine also and the nido.
